Clean addresses before you drive
Bad addresses are one of the most common causes of failed or delayed deliveries. Validation and geocoding status flag incomplete or ambiguous addresses before the plan is built, so they can be corrected.

Optimize for your current vehicles, then compare scenarios, for example with one more or one fewer van, using distance, duration and unassigned stops as the yardstick.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if an address cannot be geocoded?
Addresses are checked before optimization. If one cannot be located, it is flagged with a specific message (for example, a missing postal code or an ambiguous street), and you can correct it, replace it, or exclude the row. Nothing is optimized with an unresolved address unless you choose to exclude it.
Can AIRO handle time windows?
Yes. Time windows are a core constraint in the optimization engine. You provide an earliest and latest arrival per stop, and the engine plans routes that respect them. Stops that cannot be served within their window are reported as unassigned, with the reason, instead of being silently dropped.
Can AIRO optimize multiple vehicles?
Yes. The engine plans multiple vehicles from a single depot, respecting each vehicle's capacity, and balances the work across the fleet. Multi-depot routing is on the roadmap and is not part of the first release.
Can I export routes for drivers?
Yes. You can export Excel or CSV files with one sheet or file per vehicle, including stop order, addresses, planned arrival times and optional map links and driver instructions.
